Measure across the fullest part of your bust. Measuring tape should not be too tight or too loose.
WAIST:
Measure around your natural waist at the narrowest point. To help find your natural waistline bend to one side and find the crease line. Measuring tape should not be too tight or too loose.

Measure your hips at the fullest point.
INSEAM:
